ICPA Legal Advisor
Mogamat Botha is currently serving as the Company Secretary and Legal Advisor for the ICPA.
Mr Botha graduated with an LLB degree from UCT and practiced as an attorney at VanderSpuy Cape Town specializing in High Court Litigation.
Mogamat is passionate about advocating for Independent Pharmacy. He does so by keeping the ICPA membership informed of legal developments relating to the pharmacy industry and assisting the board of directors in advocating for Independent Pharmacy.
